The Snoloha brand is beginning to grow. The bigger picture of what I’m trying to build is becoming more of a reality.

There are now sales reps in place! This is a big move. When I launched Snoloha last year, I was the one hopping in my Jeep and making road trips to promote the brand and what it stands for. It’s a lot of work. But it’s the fun work!

Now, I’m not the only one selling the brand to potential retailers. Finding people to work with Snoloha as a sales rep has been something I’ve been a bit nervous about. I wasn’t sure where or how to find someone as passionate about the brand as me. Fortunately, due to the MSN coverage, I was approached by people interested and passionate about the brand.

I’ve read time and again that one of the most difficult things for an entrepreneur to do is to “give up” any control. I’ve found that by being lucky enough to meet people with passion for what I’ve created and that share my vision, “giving up” a little control isn’t so hard…it’s a little tough, but not a difficult as it could be. But it’s also what will allow the company to grow. I simply can’t do everything myself. I know this because I’ve tried.

We’ve also been experimenting with new screen printing methods. “Screen Print Dave” has been like a kid in a candy store. And it’s really paying off. Not only will we be re-tooling the current product mix and catalog, we have also stumbled upon new colors and designs that will be offered, such as the one pictured below.
