I can’t take it anymore. 24/7 news media is driving me crazy. The sky must really be falling. There seems to be nothing good to report on. And beating a dead horse seems to be the only approach left.

Times like these are difficult, yes. There are pundits, experts, doctors and counselors who will have all kinds of advice for how to deal with this financial and economic mess we’re in. I’m not any of these, but here’s my advice (based on absolutely nothing more than my own opinion)…throw on some Jimmy Buffett or The Boat Drunks. Wow! How’s that for earth-shattering advice? Okay, I’ll take it one step further. Don’t just throw it in and expect to feel better, but actually read and listen to the lyrics.

For me, it’s a huge help. For you, maybe it’s not Buffett or The Boat Drunks. So let’s at least agree on MUSIC. Throw some in…and listen.

You may have noticed that things around the Snoloha.com online world seemed a bit quiet yesterday. Perhaps spending the day snowboarding and skiing and Boyne Highlands had something to do with it. As we took a mid-day break in the parking lot to grill burgers and dogs, have a cold PBR and listen to some Jimmy Buffett, I had that quiet reminder to myself of why I launched this brand and this business, and what it really stands for…lifestyle.

I’ve said it before, and here it goes again…even I need those reminders now and then. A day away from the computer, the home office, the phone and daily distractions, in exchange for fun on the slopes and hanging with friends, “celebrating and enjoying all the seasons that get thrown at us somewhere between the islands and the arctic.”

Now, back to work. Luckily, work involves promoting a lifestyle…so it’s not too bad.

We will be printing this on white 100% pre-shrunk, ring-spun, light weight cotton t-shirts (guys and gals cut). These shirts are super soft and comfy. They go great with the Lounge Pants and run the risk of quickly becoming an over-washed favorite T. But remember, washing is good…smelling bad is not.

The normal price will be $22.00. Bu you can pre-order for $15.00. All you have to do is shoot me a note and let me know the gender (guys or gals) and size. Don’t worry about paying until we go to print and it’s time to ship.

With just over 50% of the votes, the “Contrast” design ran away with it. So, your wish is my command. This will be the next t-shirt to go to print. And, I have other product ideas for this design as well.

Those that voted on “Boards” and “Passport” (21% and 18% of the votes), no need to worry as I plan on using those as well in the near future.

Thanks for all the feedback and the votes. Again, my goal here is to let you, the Snoloha customers and fans, really drive this brand forward. And this is another small step forward in doing just that. And thanks again Joe, for the great designs.
