Yes, we have a Return Policy. And yes, we know policies are a pain and complicate things. So here's the deal - If you have a return or exchange, just give a call or shoot us an email and we'll take care of you. Now, if you are happy with the return policy, great, then No Worries. Our goal is to keep you happy. Policies usually get in the way of that. They often lead to disagreements and unhappy customers. We really don't want those types of conversations with our customers. Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, send back your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging. Your return must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty, undamaged) and must be received by Snoloha within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. You will be responsible for the return shipping but Snoloha will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment and must be accompanied by the invoice/receipt. Please allow 10 business days from the day we receive the return to process your exchange.
