It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a Snoloha International update…so here we go.

Things are moving along ‘across the pond’. My licensee in Spain, Oliver from Makani Lanakila S.L, and I are on the same page with Snoloha’s growth. What I mean by that is we both realize that building a new brand is a long road and requires a TON of patience and hard work.

Of course the economic climate is not helping our efforts. The unemployment rate in Spain was 20.89% in the second quarter of 2011. So yea…it makes things a bit more difficult. However we are managing to open retailers and grow the brand, including our newest location, Wind Sports, located in Almuñecar (Granada).

In addition to our growth in Spain, we are working with John & Eva, from Custom Fashion Streetwear, our distributors in Germany. They are selling Snoloha online and in their store located in Nürnberg.

The newest addition to the Snoloha family is Marit from Fashion Creations, located in Prague. Marit will be selling Snoloha online and in-store as well.

There are also some things happening with another distributor in Europe, but I’m not sure as to the current status. I’ll know more after a phone call next week with Oliver from Makani Lanakila S.L.

Lastly, it only seems appropriate to share a photo of the lovely Daniela Kögler modeling Snoloha.

I have to be sure to thank the appropriate people for making this happen. First there’s Oliver (my European Licensee in Spain)..without him there would be no Eva (our German distributor, Customfashion International)…and without Eva there would be no Daniela modeling Snoloha in Germany.

Here’s the first post, in case you missed it.

I had to share some more of the promo for the event. This appeared on Facebook via the
CALIFORNIA Cafe.Bar.Grill’s profile page (which is where the event is being held). This is the “official” launch of the Snoloha brand in Germany, thanks to our distributor “Customfashion International Trends” and of course the hardwork of my licensee in Spain “Makani Lanakila S.L.”

There will be Snoloha Coffee, they will feature Snoloha the Drink, there will be Snoloha gear, models wearing Snoloha gear on inline skates and a skateboard show.

“Klingt wie Spaß” (sounds like fun…I think I said that right).

This is pretty cool…our German distributor Customfashion International Trends is hosting a “Snoloha Street Party” at the CALIFORNIA Cafe.Bar.Grill located in Nürnberg, Germany at the end of this month (August 28th).

Here’s a shot of Snoloha on display at a kids only store located in Almunecar, Spain. The store is called “Duendes”, which according to Google Translate means “elves” or “little people”.

Here’s a couple of pics of one of our new retailers carrying Snoloha in Santa Fe, Spain. Santa Fe is located in Granada, which is the southern part of Spain near the Mediterranean. The town was originally built by the Catholic armies besieging Granada (c. 1490) after a fire destroyed much of their encampment. One of its sister cities is Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Apparently there is more news to share with Snoloha International growth…and I’ll do just that when I learn more.
